Shipping Policy

The goal of CERIWholesale.com is to provide a wide selection of fashion shoes 24 hours-a-day. We will make every attempt to ship your order in the same day the order is placed. Our normal order processing time is between 1 to 2 business days. Delays may occur for products on back order, in limited availability or on special order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

We understand that you as a customer have your own deadlines to meet, and we will try our best to meet those deadlines. However, due to the high turnover rate of the products, there are times when deadlines just could not be met. We apologize in advance for such inconvenience. Please make sure you place your order well in advance so that the chances for missing the deadlines are minimal.

Our products are shipped using UPS. We will use International Express or Freight Carriers for international orders. CERIWholesale.com shipping fees are equal to UPS/FedEx shipping costs based on the weight of the item(s) ordered. For orders over 150 pounds, CERIWholesale.com will ship via common freight carriers.

Shipments that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to additional shipping cost, transaction and insurance fees.  The customer must make arrangement with us to reship the products again.  Any refused shipment does not constitute a cancellation. Furthermore, any shipments returned "REFUSED" for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipments will be made. CERIWholesale.com does not ship to PO Box or APO addresses.

• Please note the day UPS picks up the shipment from our warehouse is not considered as a transit day. Business days do not include holidays and weekends.

International Customers - Ceriwholesale.com ships worldwide therefore international orders are welcome. We have work very closely with common freight carriers to give you the best shipping rates available. Please note that shipping estimate will be provided after you have registered/login and input the shipping address.
