1. ORDER INFORMATION
Q. Can I buy one pair? A. No, we only sell case pack and each case has 12 or 18 pairs.
Q. What is the minimum order? A. The minimum order is one case.
Q. Can I mix style, color, or size in each case? A. No, each case is packed in one style and color coming with different pre-assorted size run ( example: AA, BB & CC ).
Q. Do I need to pay tax if I am in CA? A. Yes, you need to pay tax if you are in CA unless you can email or fax us your business license and re-seller’s permit.
Q. How long it takes to process my order? A. For in stock item, It usually takes 24-48 hours to process your order and ship out. If it is presale item, each style will show you the container arriving date, and we will ship out your order in 24 hours after we receive container.
Q. Can I cancel my order after I place order and check out? A. Yes, please contact to us to cancel your order within 24 hours after you check out. If you cancel order after we ship your order, 25% of restocking fee will be applied to your refund.
2. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
1.) Credit Cards - VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Your credit card will be charged once your order is shipped. Your current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. For safety and security reasons, orders will be shipped to the billing address only, unless your shipping address is on file with your credit card company as an alternate shipping address.
2) Cashiers checks or Money Orders payable to: BESTFIT International .Please note that your order will be processed once we have received the cashier check or money order. For company or personal check, we will process the order once the check is cleared from the bank.
3) PayPal -We accept Paypal payment from verified account only. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information. The account is free and it will let you setup an account with a credit card and/or checking.
4) Wire Transfer- Instructions will be given via a confirmation email once an order is placed.
5) Please note that we no longer accept COD as a payment method. If you do not have a credit card please either send us the check or setup a Paypal account using your checking account. Thank you.
7. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Q.When my order will be shipped out? A. The goal of CERIWholesale.com is to provide a wide selection of FASHION SHOES 24 hours-a-day. We will make every attempt to ship your order in the same day the order is placed. Our normal order processing time is between 1 to 2 business days. Delays may occur for products on back order, in limited availability or on special order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Q. Do you ship to my country? A. We ship to worldwide except some restricted countries imposed by the U.S. Government such as Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Afghanistan, Angola, Rwanda, and Syria. Invoices do not include duties or other taxes. We use UPS Worldwide for international shipments, unless specified by the customer. We also provide international forwarder, please contact us for detail information
Q. How much is the freight? A. The freight depends on carton size and weight, and the freight will be calculated when you process “check out”.
8. RETURN POLICY
Q. Can I return my order? A. CERIwholesale.com will replace a product or issue a refund at no cost to the customers if the product is delivered with one of these 2 conditions.
Wrong product - If you received a wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 2 business days and we will arrange for you to return the incorrect product (at our expense) and we will ship you the correct product or issue you a full refund (including shipping charges).
Defective Product - If you received a defective product, please notify us within 2 business days and we will assign a RMA for you to return the product (at our expense) back to us. After we have examined and confirmed the defective product we will ship out a replacement to you right away. For items that are sold in cases such as shoes we will replace the defective items ONLY. Please note that just because one or two items in a whole case are defective it does not mean that all of the items are defective.
Procedure to file for Returns:
If your products meet one of the conditions above, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to file for a return.
You can request a RMA number by sending an email to Returns@CERIwholesale.com with the following information:
Your name
Your phone number
Your billing address
Your e-mail address
Your original order number
Reasons for returning the item
In the return package, please include a copy of your email invoice and your RMA number. Please also write the RMA# on the outside of the packaging.
Credit Card Refund: Credit back to your credit card will take 2-4 weeks to appear on your credit card from the day we have received the returned products.
Paypal Refund: Refund will be issued via Paypal back to your account within 2-4 weeks from the day we have received the returned products.
Other Refund: Either company check or store credits will be given to the customers for the value of the returned products.
NO Returns will be accepted under the following conditions: • Any refused shipment sent back to CERIwholesale.com does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. The customer will have to make arrangements with CERIwholesale.com to receive the refused shipment again.
• Any returned shipment without the proper RMA# does not constitute the right to a refund or credit and will be refused by CERIwholesale.com.
• No returns will be accepted after 14 days of delivery, regardless of reasons.
• We will not accept returns aside from wrong or defective products. We will not accept returns if you do not like the looks or quality of the products.
