We have an "availability" status indicator for each product so that you can estimate when the order will be shipped. If you purchase a combination of products with different availability status please use the longest duration as guidelines. Delays may occur due to backorder, out of stock, or discontinued items.

However, due to the high volume of orders some item may be already out of stock by the time an order is placed. Therefore normally we can fulfill about 70%-100% of the order. Yes we work with several different manufacturers that may be able to create your own custom merchandise (so long as it is legal to do so).There are different minimum requirements depending on different requests. For example:
1) If you have your own logo and shoe box design but would like to use our exact shoe style, the minimum order is 1,000 pairs (per style)
2) If would like to design your own heel or upper, the minimum order is 4,000-5,000 pairs (per style)
Yes we do ship worldwide, but please be aware of the relatively high cost of shipping. We have contracts with Fedex that will provide you with better rates compared to other carriers If US Postal Service is still cheaper than Fedex we will definitely use USPS to ship your products instead.
The minimum
purchase is 1 case (each case is packed with one style and one color with your
selection of a pre-assorted size run (example: AA, BB & CC)).

For Domestic USA orders, shipping will be calculated automatically when you check out of the shopping cart and input the shipping address.You do not need to complete the order to see the shipping cost.
For International orders, the automatic shipping calculator sometimes show $0.01, that means we will estimate the shipping cost after the order is placed, but we will obtain your confirmation before we send in the order into processing.
Normally if an item is backordered, it will take between 4 - 6 weeks to restock. We do not restock every item; only items that are very popular may be restocked Please note that for presale items, there is an estimated date of arrival in each product’s description.
There is a difference between “Authorization” and “Charged”. Like any other credit card purchase, the credit card company will put a hold on the funds that are reserved for the merchants to charge at a later date. We only charge when we shipped the products, therefore the transaction is just authorized. Please note that orders that contain "pre-sale" items will be charged immediately when the order is place, not when the order is shipped. With the high demand of pre-sale items, "pre-paying" is the only way to ensure that your items will be reserved for later shipment.
