Q. What is the minimum order I can place and can I purchase only 1pair?

A. Our minimum purchase is 1 case, either 12 pairs or 18 pairs, according to the style.


Q. Can I mix the style, color or size in a case?

A. All of our cases come with 12 or 18 pairs that are the same style, color and   pre-assorted sizes and cannot be mixed.


Q. I would like to know if you have a drop-ship program?

A. Due to complexity and high cost of implementing the drop-ship program we do not offer the drop-ship program to our customers.


Q. Are all the items listedon the website in stock?

A. If the item is currently in stock, a message will be displayed as follows:

     "Availability: In Stock, Ship within 24Hours"

     However, due to the high volume of orders, some items may be already out of  stock by the time an order is placed. We are able to fulfill about 80% to 100 % of orders.


Q.  What does a style in thepresale category mean?

A.   Please note that pre-sale items are not currently in stock but will be

      available at a later date. The presale Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) dates are 

      displayed if the item is a presale item.

      If the item is a Presale style, a message will be displayed as follows:

      " Availability: Presale item, orders will be available to ship by XX/XX/XX"


Q.  Can you explain the UPS shipping options and time frames?

  • Please note the day UPS picks up the shipment from our warehouse is not considered as a transit day. Business days do not include holidays and weekends.


Q.  Do you ship toInternational addresses?

A.  Yes, we ship International orders as well. The shipping methods for International orders will be listed for you to choose from before you submit your order.


Q.  How much is the freight cost for an order?

A. The freight cost is determined by the carton size, weight and the shipping location.


Q.  How can I receive a Return Authorization (RMA)?

A.  Please read our Return Policy and follow the instructions provided.


Q.  What is your procedure for orders that have a shortage?

A.  As indicated our normal fulfillment rate is about 80% to 100% therefore it is likely that some items are out of stock or discontinued. If you have been billed for items that you have not received please call us at (626) 363-9661 for immediate assistance.


Q. Where can I find the information for size, dimension and weight for certain styles?

A. Please check our product description of the styles listed on our website. If the    information you need is not available on our website,please contact us at (626) 363-9661 or email us at sales@ceriwholesale.com and we will be able to provide you with the information needed.


Q. I have a deadline to meet; can you deliver by that time?

A.  We will try our best to meet our customer’s deadlines. However, due to the high demand on our products, there are times when we cannot meet deadlines. We suggest to place your order in advance so that the chances for missing the deadlines are minimal. Please note that www.ceriwholesale.com does not guarantee to meet any deadlines. We cannot accept order cancellations due to this issue.


Q. What are the payment methods you accept?

A. Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard,Discover and American Express.

    Cashiers Checks or Money Orders: please payable to: Bestfit International. Once we have received the cashiers check or money order we will confirm with our bank if the check has cleared and we will be able to ship your order.

     PayPal:  We accept PayPal payments from verified accounts only.

     Wire Transfer:  Please follow the instructions provided to you.

    ***Please note that we do not accept COD as a payment method***


Q. If I would like to pay using the Wire Transfer option what are the instructions?

A. If you would like to use wire transfer as a method of payment and you have placed and confirmed your order with our customer service please follow the instructions provided to you:

Q. I would like to pay formy order using PayPal but I do not have an account setup. Can you provide me with the instructions to create a PayPal account?

A.

  • Please go to www.paypal.com and register for a new account. Please make sure that the email you are going to use to apply for the PayPal account is the same as the one you used to register on www.ceriwholesale.com.
  • Log n to your account and click on the tab “Send Money”
  • In the “Recipient’s Email” field, please enter monicac@bestfit2000.com
  • In the “Amount” field, please enter the total amount from your order. You should find this either in your confirmation email or the “Order Status” menu.
  • In the “Currency” field, please leave it in “U.S. Dollars”
  • In the “Type” field, please choose “Goods (other)”
  • In the “Subject” field, please enter your order number for this order. You should find this either in your confirmation email or the “Order Status” menu
  • In the “Note” field, please enter any instructions or comments that you want to tell us.
  • Click the “Continue” button, and you will be directed to the shipping page. Please make sure to enter a CONFIRMED address here. Ceri International will NOT ship products to an unconfirmed address.
  • Finally, click “Send Money” and you have completed the PayPal transaction


Q.  Why is my credit card charged when my order has not been shipped?

A. There is a difference between “Authorization” and “Charged”. The credit card company will put a hold on the funds that are reserved for the merchants to charge at a later date. We only charge when the products are shipped, therefore the transaction is authorized before we ship the order. Please note that orders that contain “presale”items will be charged immediately when the order is placed, not whenthe order is shipped. With the high demand on presale items, “pre-paying” is the only way to ensure that your items will be reserved for later shipment.


Q.  Do I need to submit my reseller’s information?

A.  If you are located or do business in California and would like us to waive sales tax from your order we will need a signed California Resale Certificate faxed to us at (626) 839-1131.Please visit http://www.boe.ca.gov/pdf/boe230.pdfto print a blank California Resale Certificate.
