1) Do you have a catalog that you can send me?

Please note that we introduce new products on a weekly basis therefore we do not provide a printed catalog. Our online catalog is the most comprehensive and updated catalog.

2) What materials are the handbags made of?

They are made of PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride-aka man-made leather), PU (Poly Urethane-Shiny type of PVC), fabric, nylon, suede leather, etc… We do not carry genuine leather handbags.

3) Do you dropship?

Due to the complexity and high cost of implementing the dropship program, it is not feasible for us to setup the program at this time. However, we will reconsider it in the future.

4) What is the delivery time frame?

It takes about 1 to 5 business days to process an order, and then we will use the shipping method the customers have chosen to ship out the merchandise. 

Fedex Ground - 3 to 7 business days
Fedex 3 Day Select (Express Saver) - 3 business days
Fedex 2 Day Air - 2 business days
Fedex Overnight standard - 1 business day

We have an "availability" status indicator for each product so that you can estimate when the order will be shipped. If you purchase a combination of products with different availability status please use the longest duration as guidelines. Delays may occur due to backorder, out of stock, or discontinued items.

5) Why does it take so long to get the products?

We have multiple warehouses and depend on what items the customers have ordered we may have to wait for the products from all the warehouses to get to our fulfillment center before we can ship out. Therefore it may take longer for some orders to get shipped out.

6) Do you have the items in stock?

If the product is displayed online then it means it is in stock at that time. However, due to the high volume of orders some item may be already out of stock by the time an order is placed. Therefore normally we can fulfill about 70%-100% of the order.

9) Some items are missing from my order.

As indicated above our normal fulfillment rate is about 70% - 100% therefore it is likely that some items are out of stock/backorder/discontinued.  If you have been billed for items that are not received please contact us here Online Case Form and we will investigate the matter immediately.

10) I have a show/deadline to meet in a certain date; can you deliver by that time?

We will try our best to meet customers’ deadlines. However, due to the high demand on our products, there are times when deadlines just could not be met. We apologize in advance for such inconvenience. Please make sure you place your order well in advance so that the chances for missing the deadlines are minimal. Please note that Ceriwholesale.com does not guarantee to meet any deadlines therefore customers cannot use it as a base for cancellation of orders.

11) Do you sell fake/replica/knockoff fashion accessories?

No, we don’t. We only sell high quality, non-brand products.

12) I have my own design and wishes to custom made my merchandise, can you do that?

Yes, we can manufacture any fashion accessories, as long as it is legal to do so. The minimum requirement is 1000 pieces and different products have different requirement.

13) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express,Paypal with confirmed address, Cashier check/Money order, and Wire Transfer  Please note that we no longer accept COD as a payment method.

14) Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship worldwide, but please be aware of the relatively high cost of shipping. We have contracts withFedex that can offer you more discounts than other carriers  If US Postal Service is still cheaper thanFedex we will definitely use USPS to ship your products instead.

15) Do you offer discounts for volume purchase?

Yes we do.  Basically, for order

>$1000 -- 5% off listed wholesale price

>$3000 -- 10% off listed wholesale price

>$10000 -- 15% off listed wholesale price

>$30,000 or more - Please call for container pricing. We will offer the most competitive factory price for your order.

If a customer is interested in purchasing a product in boxes, special discounts will be given.

16) Do you do closeout sales?

We do have excess inventory, but the normal range is $2-$4

17) What is the minimum purchase requirement?

For each order, the minimum subtotal has to be at least $200, except for Mixed Box products.

18) Must I submit the reseller information?

If you are located in California and want to waive the sales tax 8.25% from your order then you must submit a California Seller Certificate (http://www.boe.ca.gov/pdf/boe230.pdf) with us.  Please complete the certificate and fax 1-626-810-3231 or contact us Online Case Form

Once you have placed and confirmed your order, we will provide the necessary wire transfer instructions to you

*Goto www.paypal.com and register for a new account if you do not already have one. Please make sure that the email you are going to use to apply for the Paypal account is the same as the one you used to register on iMotorgear.com 

*Login to your account and click on the tab "Send Money" 

*In the "Recipient's Email" field, please enter "sales@ceriwholesale.com" 

*In the "Amount" field, please enter the total amount from your order. You should find this either in your confirmation email or the "Order Status" menu. 

*In the "Currency" field, please leave it in "U.S. Dollars" 

*In the "Type" field, please choose "Goods (other)" 

*In the "Subject" field, please enter your order number for this order. You should find this either in your confirmation email or the "Order Status" menu. 

*In the "Note" field, please enter any instructions or comments that you want to tell us. 

*Click the "Continue" button, and you will be directed to the shipping page. Please make sure you enter a CONFIRMED address here. Ceri International will NOT ship products to an unconfirmed address.

21) How much does it cost for shipping?

For Domestic USA orders, shipping will be calculated automatically when you check out of the shopping cart and input the shipping address.  You do not need to complete the order to see the shipping cost.

For International orders, the automatic shipping calculator sometimes show $0.01, that means we will estimate the shipping cost after the order is placed, but we will obtain your confirmation before we send in the order into processing.

22) How long is the backorder or presale?

Normally if an item is backorder, it will take between 4 - 6 weeks to restock.  We do not restock every item; only items that are popular may be restocked  For presale items there is an estimated date of arrival in each of the product’s description.

23) Why is my credit card charged when you didn’t ship my order yet?

There is a difference between “Authorization” and “Charged”. Like any other credit card purchase, the credit card company will put a hold on the funds that are reserved for the merchants to charge at a later date. We only charge when we shipped the products, therefore the transaction is just authorized.

FedEx Priority Overnight® Overnight delivery in the U.S. by 10:30am for most addresses, with later times of day in rural areas or on Sat.
FedEx Standard Overnight® Overnight delivery in the U.S. by 3pm, or 4:30pm in rural areas.

Delivery in the U.S. by 4:30pm (7pm to residences) in 2 business days.
FedEx Express Saver® Delivery in the contiguous U.S. by 4:30pm (7pm to residences) in 3 business days.

US Postal Service (International EMS/Airmail ONLY)- You can choose US Postal service for your international shipment if you prefer.  Sometimes the shipping rate is lower than international economy express but there will be longer delays in delivering your orders  USPS will deliver the package(s) to your location 7 14 business days after we have shipped the products. You will be notified of the shipping rate before we send your order into processing.
Arrange Your Pickup/Delivery If you wish to arrange your own transportation or pickup in our Los Angeles distribution center.

PO # - If you wish to input a Purchase Order # for your order.

Customer's Comments - Any comment or special instruction you wish to enter for your order.

Color Substitution - Click if it is ok to substitute color for your order if the desired color is not available.

Size Substitution - Click if it is ok to substitute size for your order if the desired size is not available.

Multiple Shipment OK- By default we will consolidate the whole order into 1 shipment to save you on shipping cost  However, sometimes delay occurs when we have to wait for some items in your order from different warehouses.  Therefore, if you don't want the slower items hold up the rest of your order please click this box to have your items ship as they become available.

Residential Address - Click if the shipping address is a Residential/Home address.

Ship Address on CC - Click if your shipping address is different than your billing address but it is on file with your credit card company.

You do not need to have a company in order to buy from us as long as your order meets the minimum purchase requirement of $200.
