Time of Delivery
We will try to ship out the merchandise within 1 to 5 business days after the order is received. Our order processing time depends on the speed we can verify the payment from customer and it also depends on the various mix of products in a single order.

To speed up the delivery time of your order, please consider the following method when placing order on our web site.

Payment – Use credit card as payment method. Make sure the shipping address is the same as the billing address on the credit card. (Different shipping and billing address will result in additional effort to verify the credit card information.) 

Choosing Products – Try to select products with the shortest processing date and avoid mixing different types of product such as handbag, shoes, jewelry...etc in a single order. Mixing different types of products will increase the processing time required for an order.

 (Do not mix Pre-Sale items with regular in stock items in a single order. We do not process presale and regular stock items in an order separately therefore doing so will result in much longer delivery time as we need to wait for the presale items to become available before we can ship out the order. )

Once order is processed, we will ship according to your chosen shipping method.

We understand that you as customers have your own deadlines to meet, and we will try our best to meet those deadlines. However, due to the high turnover rate of the products, there are times when deadlines just could not be met. We apologize in advance for such inconvenience. Please make sure you place your order well in advance so that the chances for missing the deadlines are minimal.

Special Orders or Custom Order
CERI International Corp. will take special orders or custom order in large quantities. All special and custom orders must be paid for in full at the time of order. Once order has been placed, it is NON-CANCELABLE.

Terms of Payment
- Credit Card Payment - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
- Wire Transfer - Funds transfer to our bank account.
- Cashier Check / Money Order - Payment can be mailed directly to Ceri International.
- Paypal – Send the require payment through www.paypal.com. We only accept funds from verified Paypal account only.

Prices
All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. Possession of CERI International Corp. Wholesale Price Guide, Discount Structure Sheet, or Catalog does not constitute an offer to sell any items listed.

Freight
Prices do not include freight charges. All merchandise will be shipped by the fastest, most economical method available, unless otherwise requested or instructed. Actual shipping charge will be communicated to the buyer before product is shipped. If your shipping charge shows 0.01 for your order, it means your shipping cost will be calculated after the order is placed. We will obtain confirmation from you with the shipping cost via email/phone/fax before processing an order.

Shipping Errors
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will issue a Call Tag to pick up the incorrect item(s) and ship the correct item(s) at no additional charge to you.

Returned Checks
If a check is returned for any reason, a US $25.00 service charge will be made, and all shipments will be permanently returned "Prepaid: Certified Check". An additional 5% service charge per month will be added to all checks returned.

Refused Shipments
Any shipments returned "REFUSED" for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipments will be made. Any refused shipments sent back to CERI International Corp. does not constitute the right to a refund or credit.

Back Orders
Please note that due to our large selection of products and fast overturn rate, it is sometimes not possible for us to fulfill 100% of the order. The missing items are either out of stock or in backorder/discontinued status. We will ship out whatever we have in stock and will ONLY charge on the products that we have shipped out. You will NOT be charged for the items that are out of stock or backorder/discontinued and the shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly. For the missing items, manufacturers may/may not restock the items until a much later date. Therefore, in order to avoid long delays, the order is considered as completed unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation
For wholesale purchase, cancellation notice must be submitted either by phone/email no later than 24 hours after the order is placed. During this period if an order has not been sent to the warehouse for processing yet then we can cancel the order. However, due to the high cost of fulfillment and restocking operations, if the order has already gone into the processing period but before shipping then any cancellation will incur a 25% restocking fee. We advised our customers to please make sure you identify the products that you wish to purchase before completing the transaction.


Pre Sale
In order to provide the latest and the most trendy fashion products to our customers we sometimes offer presale items. These are the items that are still in the manufacturing stage but we will like to give our customers a chance to reserve them before they become available. Note: Please do not place an order with both presale and regular items in it as it will delay the delivery of the regular in stock items. For Presale item you will be charged only when we ship out the items.

Return Policy
Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been used, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued before any returns can be made. We will not accept any returns without this number. Please write this number clearly on the outside of the returning package and tag the item(s) inside with your name and RMA. number. All returns must be received by CERI International Corp. within 10 calendar days after the RMA. number has been issued. The Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. A copy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may be able to reach you. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the correctness of style and size of the handbags before purchase. All approved refunds will be paid by Company Check, Credit Card Credit, Paypal Refund, or Store Credits. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special or custom order items will be allowed.

Claims
All merchandises are packed carefully and correctly utilizing our detailed quality control check method before they leave our facility. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damaged or loss to your shipment must be made with the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing material for carrier inspection. Claims for shortage of items or damaged shipments must be made within five working days of receipt.

Warranties
All merchandise sold by CERI International Corp. is subject to manufacturers warranty; we will replace any defective product at no cost to the wholesaler. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customers abuse, negligence, and/or mishandling. Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience cost may be included in any claims. CERIWholesale company will execute fair judgment on determining the cause of defect in all defect claims; judgment result made by CERI International Corp. will be final.

Termination
CERI International Corp. reserves the right to terminate any account that does not meet the above and below conditions, the conditions listed on CERI International Corp. Invoice, and the conditions listed on CERI International Corp. Price Guide.

Title of Ownership
All parts shall remain the property of CERI International Corp. until paid for in Full.

Product Specifications
Prices, materials, design, specifications, and recommendations are subject to change without prior notice. All merchandise information presented in our web site was true and correct at the time of publication.

Legal Venue
In the event that legal proceedings are required to resolve disputes or indifferences, all claims and filings must be made with the Municipal Court located in City of Industry, California. CERI International Corp. customers will acknowledge and agree to this stipulation once a transaction has been made with CERI International Corp. The prevailing party will be entitled recover, in addition to any other relief awarded or granted, its reasonable costs and expenses (including attorney fees) incurred in the proceeding.

International Shipping
We offer very competitive shipping rates to International countries by Federal Express and Freight Service. All shipping and handling charges must be pre-paid. The carrier will collect any other export/import fees and duties.

Confidentiality
Wholesalers agree to maintain confidential and protect any information furnished by CERI International Corp. and will not distribute these information to other company.
